The Only See Through Deep Fryer
This is the only deep fryer with a glass cooking vessel that allows you to monitor food submersed in the oil without lifting the basket, reducing frying times and eliminating the inferior crispiness caused by repeatedly removing food from the oil as it cooks. The glass bowl is made in Arques, France, using 1/4-inch thick, heat-resistant borosilicate glass-the same glass used in laboratory beakers. The clear bowl helps you determine with a glance when the oil needs to be changed, and its two-quart oil capacity accommodates two 6-oz. fish filets or a 1/2-lb of French fries. The immersed heating element ensures a consistent oil temperature and allows the lipid to quickly regain the preset frying temperature when food is submersed, ensuring optimal results when frying multiple batches. The thermostat adjusts from 320 F to 375 F at the turn of a dial, and an LED illuminates when the oil has reached the desired cooking temperature. The unit has a removable lid that prevents oil splatters, an overheating sensor automatically cuts the power when a threshold temperature is reached, and the cord attaches to the deep fryer magnetically, allowing it to safely detach in case of accidental pulling. The heating element and lid remove for ease of cleaning. The basket and bowl are dishwasher safe. Plugs into AC. 10 1/4" H x 13 3/4" D. (11 lbs.)
